Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the TradingFXO website. By using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclaimer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is intended for adults aged 18 or over.

What the site provides

TradingFXO currently provides educational articles and learning notes, a glossary, browser-based calculators and a practice simulator that runs in your browser using simulated prices.

The site does not offer user accounts, paid subscriptions, broker accounts, live prices, real order execution or syncing of data between devices. If new features are added, extra terms may apply and will be published before those features are made available.

Educational purposes only

Everything on the site is general education. It is not personal advice, a trade signal, an offer or a recommendation. TradingFXO is not a financial or investment adviser, a broker, a money manager or a trade-execution service.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, and for checking whether any product or activity is lawful and suitable for you. Read the Risk Disclaimer before using the tools.

The simulator and data in your browser

The practice simulator uses simulated prices and a virtual balance with no cash value. Its fills and results use simplified assumptions and leave out many real-world costs and conditions.

The simulator saves its progress in your browser's local storage. It is not a backup: it may be lost if you clear your browser data, use a different browser or device, or reset the session. Keep your own records if you need them.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for lawful, personal and non-commercial learning. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or related systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malicious code or by automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it;
• misuse the tools, or present TradingFXO material as personal advice, a trading signal or evidence of guaranteed performance;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, graphics and branding on the site belong to the operator of TradingFXO or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages and share links for personal, non-commercial use.

Unless a page or licence says otherwise, you may not copy, republish, sell or systematically reproduce site content or branding without permission, except as the law allows (for example, brief quotation with attribution). Third-party material remains subject to its owner's rights.

Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep explanations clear and correct, but material may contain errors, omissions, simplifications or out-of-date information. The site and its features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time.

To the extent the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Links to other websites

The site may link to third-party websites and services. They are run independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. TradingFXO does not control them and is not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement. Any future affiliate links will be labelled, as described in the Affiliate Disclosure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingFXO and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including its educational content, calculator estimates, simulated results, any interruption of the service, or third-party websites. This includes trading losses and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights you may have.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
